RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Cooling-Off Period In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act), you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. During this period, you may return any product for a full refund, no questions asked, provided it is unused and in original packaging.

Defective Products All products are covered by a 6-month warranty against defects as per the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). If your product is defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@valyoliving.co.za within 7 days of delivery.

2. Include your order number and reason for return.

3. We will provide a returns label or arrange collection.

4. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., custom beadwork).

• Items marked as "Final Sale".

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
